Blancy Mitchell

Blancy has been servicing the Greater Pittsburgh Metro area for over 18 years. He has sold over 35000 New and Pre-owned vehicles throughout his career. He has maintained the tradition here , as being the #1 Volume Dodge Dealer in Pittsburgh for 9 consecutive years, while setting the standards for Customer Satisfaction.
Blancy is no stranger to supporting youth programs here in the local area. He is a sponsor of the D.A.R.E Program with Gateway, Franklin Regional and Norwin High Schools. He also sponsors the Big Brothers and Sisters, Light of Life Ministries and the local Make a Wish Foundation.
When Blancy has free time on his hand he likes to spend it with his two sons fishing and Big Game Hunting.
He is also dedicated to maintaining the highest level of customer and employee satisfaction. Because he undersatands the cost of replacing either one.

Al Pagliei

Al has been with us here at Monroeville Dodge for just over one year. He came highly recommended to us with just over 22 years in the Car Business.
Al graduated from Ringgold High School in Monongahela, Pennsylvania. After graduation he was recruited as a starting Offensive Tackle at Olivet Nazarene College in Kankakee, Il. Al then joined the United States Marine Corps where he was eventualy given an Honarable Discharge.
During his spare time, Al likes to coach his Twin Daughters in fast pitch softball and go Bass Fishing.
David Boldak
Sales Manager
David (Tex) has been in the automobile business for 12 years. He joined our team here at Monroeville Dodge just over a year ago. Tex has continued to help maintain and grow an already outstanding Sales Team.
After graduating from High School he attended the University of Miami in sunny Florida. One of Tex's greatest achievements was Salesman of the Year in 1997 and 1998 at Don Davis Auto Group in Arlington Texas.
When Tex is away from the dealership he likes to spend time with his friends and family swimming, fishing and traveling around the state. He has been married for 15 years and shares a home with his wife and 3 dogs.
Marge Salay
Greeter
Marge has been in the Car Business for an astonishing 21 years. She has been greeting customers here at Monroeville Dodge for the past 11 years. The first person you see when you walk through our doors is Marge's smiling face.
She was born and raised right here in the Pittsburgh area. She has spent most of her life living in Munhall area with her husband of 44 years. She has a certificate in Stress Management and was a Production Supervisor in the Laundy Business before she started in the Auto Industry.
Marge belongs to the Brierly Heights Womens Club. And when she is not working she likes Bowling, Bike Riding and playing cards with her friends.
Cissy Doyle
Finance Manager
Cissy has spent the last 20 years helping customers in the Auto Industry. Of those 20 years the last 5 have been spent right here at Monroeville Dodge.
She graduated from Riverview High School in Oakmont, Pa. After graduating High School she attended school at Penn State, New Kennsington, Duffs Business Institute and went on to graduate from University of Maryland, College Park Md.
Cissy is a member of Dodge/ Chrysler Business Round Table discussion group and has a Business Managers Association Platnium Award.
When Cissy has free time on her hands she likes to spend it with family and friends. She states that "her siblings are her best friends, her children are her heros and her grandchildren are her sons and stars".
Phil Primozic
Lease Turn in Manager
Phil started his career in the car Business just over 10 years ago right here at Monroeville Dodge. He is very proud to be a Bronze, Silver and Gold Chrysler Certified Salesperson.
He graduated from Franklin Regional High School and immediately went on to attend and Graduate from Penn State University.
After 40 years with the White Valley Volunteer Fire Department, Phil recently hung up his Firemans Hat. Phil proudly had 2 Tours of Duty in Vietnam and actively been involved with the Amvets in the local community. He has 15 years with the Amvets U.A.U.S. and is currently a Representative for Western Pa.
When Phil is not working he spends alot of time volunteering his time with various community organizations and stopping by the Club to visit all his Amvet buddies.
Joe Graft
Service Manager
Joe has been our Service Manager for the last 6 years. He joined our staff with over 22 years in the Automotive Industry. He attended and has a degree with BCAVTS for Automotive.
Throughout his career he has achieved many certifications including GM Master Tech, ASE Master Tech and has a State and Emission Inspection liscense.
When Joe is not in the Garage he spends his off time with his daughter fishing, hunting and boating.

Tony Giuliano
Service Advisor
Tony has been in the Automotive Business for an astonishing 31 years. During that time Tony has accumulated quite a following of customers. He prides himself on the fact that he takes the extra step for our customers so they keep coming back.
During his tenure in the business he has accumulated many awards and Certifications. One the he is most proud of is "Exemplory Customer Service with Chrysler". He is also a licensed Body Shop Appraiser.
Tony grew up racing Power Boats and has been an avid fan ever since he retired from Professional Racing. He now likes to spend his free time watching his Daughter race Pro Jet Skis.
Rob Hoffman
Service Advisor
Rob joined on friendly staff in the Service Departmentover 2 years ago. He is commited to being a part of a great team, with exceptional Customer Service. He has been providing customers with excellent service now for 8 years.
Rob graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degre and immediately landed a job in the Automobile Business. He also found the time to become a licensed Pennsylvania Insurance Agent.
When Rob has time to himself he likes to spend it either running or Mountain Bike Riding.
Mike Gibler

Mike has been working hard in the Automobile Industry for just shy of 20 years. He joined our staff just over 6 months ago. He is already a Certified Dodge Salesman with superior rankings in Customer Service.
He was born and raised right here in the Pittsburgh Area. He graduated from Edinboro University with a degree in Business Management.
Mike is a Self Proclaimed, Outdoorsman. He likes to golf, fish and go hunting. He is also likes to spend time with his Twins, Dan & Taylor.
Mark Menzetti

Mark is one of the newest members of our team here at Monroeville Dodge although he has been in the industry for just over 3 years.
He graduated from Penn Hills High School and then attended CCAC where is got certifed in three different programs including Automotive Asset Program, Nursing and Criminology. He is also very proud that he got an award for NJROTC Marching.
During his time away from the Dealership Mark likes to spend time with his Family and Friends. He also likes to play Football, Hockey and listen to Music.
Chris Polski

Chris recently joined our team here at Monroeville Dodge. In just a few months in the business he has proved himself as an outsatnding employee, who takes great pride in his work.
After graduating from High School he spent 1 year at Penn State, and decided to pursue a career in the Automotive Industry. He is already a Certified Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep Salesperson. Chris made it clear to the Management Staff here that, he has not won any awards yet, but they are "Coming Soon".
Chris states "he has found his calling" and wants to continue to pusue his passion for the Car Business as well as indulge in his music career.
Jason Berry

Jason has been in the Car Business for over 16 years, where has worked in the Parts and Sales Department. He has been with Monroeville Dodge for 6 months and has already exceeded everyones expectations. His greatest accomplisment to date is Salesmen of the Month in August.
He moved to Pittsburgh 6 months ago and recently bought a new house in Penn Hills where plans to share it with his Fiance. They are getting married in May of 2010.
He spends his free time Drag Racing and hitting the links. And is very proud to be a member of the "Hole in One" club.
Matt Galmoff

Although Matt has only been with us for less than six months he has already been awarded Salesman of the Month sevral times. He is also a Crertified Chrysler salesperson.
He attended High School at Kiski Area High and then moved on to get a degree from Pittsburgh Technical Institute.
When Matt is not selling cars he likes to spend time with his Fiance, camping, hunting, fishing and riding Quads.
Sean Yeo

Sean is no stranger to the Car Business with a whopping 10 years in the Industry. He is a Certified Dodge Sales Person and an expert in the Dodge Truck Line.
He graduated with a degree from Wyoming Technical Institue and immediately got into the car business. Sean is also a Pennsylvanis Licensed Appraiser.
Sean is an Off Road Entusiast who likes to spend as much time outdoors as he can.
Donnie Cope

Donnie has been a member of our sales team now for almost 2 years. He has been selling cars in the Industry for just over 5 years, and has been a Certifed Chrysler Salesman for the last 3 years.
He graduated frrom High School at Open Door Christian Academy, and followed up with a degree from Appalacian Bible College. While attending school at the Christian Academy he was awarded with "Whos, Who among American High School Students" certificate.
Donnie and his wife are Foster Parents and do a lot of volunteer work here in the local area. When he is not volunteering or working, Donnie likes to go fishing or read a good book.
